Tubifast® is a lightweight, elasticated tubular bandage designed to hold dressings securely in place without tapes, pins, or adhesives. Its two-way stretch allows for freedom of movement while keeping the dressing comfortably positioned.

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. 

Contact us through our website chat or email sales@atlasmcneil.com.au to initiate a return. Please don't send items back without requesting a return first.

Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items, including urology products, nutrition items, special order-in products, open or damaged packaging, and products returned after the 14-day window, are not eligible for refunds due to health and safety reasons.

Refund and Return Conditions:
Refund are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved, and the
amount refunded reflects the purchase price, including an promotions. Shipping
costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.

Standard Delivery:
We process and dispatch orders within 2 business days, with delivery times
ranging from 2 to 9 business days, depending on the location. 

Delivery is only available within Australia, using road courier services, which do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs and Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available for orders over $150 (excluding GST).  For
orders under $150, a flat fee of $16.50 applies for most states, with a $23.50 flat fee for WA and NT. 

Issues and Special Instructions:
If an order encounters issues such as payment verification delays, incorrect
address information, or transit damage/loss, we will contact you via phone to resolve the issue. For
unresolved problems, you can email sales@atlasmcneil.com.au. 

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and special delivery instructions must
accompany the order at the time of placement.
