Home Enteral Nutrition Program (HEN)

Home Enteral Nutrition (HEN) is a method of meeting a person's specific nutritional needs at home. The specialised nutritional formula provides all of the vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates fats and essential nutrients that people need to survive.

HEN Funding support

Government funding support is available to purchase HEN products: National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Registered participants may receive support funding to administer HEN.

State based HEN funding support schemes are available in each State with their own criteria process.

Purchasing HEN Products

Atlas McNeil Community has a wide range of HEN products available to buy and deliver direct to your home both metro and regional.

We provide comprehensive and flexible home support for hospital dietitians and their patients, and can meet the requirements of infants, children, and adults for enteral feeding in the home.

Our dedicated customer service team will contribute to a smooth transition from hospital to home by assisting with the coordination of services between hospital and patient into home.

HEN registration referral form
The Healthcare professional will complete all the patient referral details and return to ndis@atlasmcneil.com.au

Once your healthcare professional has completed a HEN registered referral form and submitted it to Atlas McNeil Community, Please allow 5-7 days for the HEN registration account to be setup in our system.

Once the account is setup, our staff will email you with ordering and payment instructions.

Please Note: Atlas McNeil Community currently only administer the HEN Program for FLAVOUR CREATIONS within Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.
