How To Use Your NDIS Funding To Buy Products

Atlas McNeil Healthcare Community is nationally registered with NDIS and a lead supplier of healthcare products Australia-wide. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to purchase consumable products through our quote system.using your NDIS funds.

Self- Managed NDIS Participant
Once you have completed step 1, go through the checkout and select how you wish to make payment either by credit card or bank deposit and complete the order. You will receive an order confirmation where you can download the invoice as a PDF for you to claim. Once payment is received, we will release the order.

Plan Managed NDIS Participants
Once you have completed step 1, select NDIS Funds under payment method. Then add the participant’s NDIS number and DOB.
Under funding type, select NDIS Plan Managed and fill in the plan manager’s name and email address for invoices. Under Payment select NDIS funds and complete order. We will then send the invoice to the plan manager for payment.
Once payment is received, we will release the order for dispatch to the participant.

Agency/NDIA Managed NDIS Participants
Once you have completed step 1 , select NDIS Funds under payment method. Then add the participant’s NDIS number and DOB.

Under funding type, select Agency (NDIA) Managed and add the
plan dates. Also ensure that you have previously sent a service agreement to ndis@atlasmcneil.com.au and endorsed
us as a provider if under the PACE system.

We will then claim the order through the NDIS portal and once the claim is successful, we will release the order for dispatch to the participant.
