I’ve been having the vanilla. There’s a bit of an after taste but that goes when I follow up with a glass of water. Not sure about any beneficial effects as yet - I’ll wait the recommended 3 months to judge that. The only downside side is the cost - shame it’s not rebatable.

needs traction or glue - night sweats ensure the absorbent side sticks to me and when I move in bed it loses coversge
I like the Choc, Hazelnut in Powder and 5he Capacino in liquids. Have not been able to get Cappuccino in Powder. I am Supposed to,take everyday but I forget sometimes.
We've used before, the almond oil ingredient is great for all especially sensitive skin. Moisturising. Long lasting.
