Description

SURGIgel is a sterile, greaseless, transparent, water-based, non-staining, non- irritating lubricating gel. Recommended for general gynaecological, surgical, urological use and when additional vaginal lubrication is needed. Non-toxic and harmless to human tissues, SURGIgel retains lubricicity and will not injure latex, Metal appliances, Surgical instruments, Natural or Synthetic textiles.

Refund are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved, and the
amount refunded reflects the purchase price, including an promotions. Shipping
costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.

Standard Delivery:
We process and dispatch orders within 2 business days, with delivery times
ranging from 2 to 9 business days, depending on the location. 

Delivery is only available within Australia, using road courier services, which do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs and Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available for orders over $100 (excluding GST).  For
orders under $100, a flat fee of $16.50 applies for most states, with a $23.50 flat fee for WA and NT. 

Issues and Special Instructions:
If an order encounters issues such as payment verification delays, incorrect
address information, or transit damage/loss, we will contact you via phone to resolve the issue. For

SurgiGel Lubricant

A little disappointed at the viscosity being a little thin, if applied to the catheter too thickly it will drip off. However I have had thinner and this product falls in the satisfactory range, and with the price is OK to use and does the job at reasonable price. Only dissatisfaction is the delivery arrangements as we do not have postal delivery to our residential address and the form will not accept a PO Box number, and when delivery was due I had to go into the Post office to pick it up anyway as our email is on PO records. Using Startrek is the most expensive for deliveries and small parcels like this should be delivered by post, this is speaking from a small business owner perspective who regularly sends small parcels by post.
