Shipping Policy
Dispatch and Delivery
If Goods are ordered via Atlas McNeil Healthcare website https://www.amhcommunity.com.au/ Atlas McNeil Healthcare will arrange for delivery of the Goods as follows:
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and delivery is between 2-9 business days from date of dispatch depending on your area. We cannot deliver to a PO Box or Parcel Locker as we use a road courier service.
The Customer will be notified via email once the Customer’s order has been dispatched. We are unable to provide tracking details for any orders.
All orders are delivered via multiple carriers depending on the delivery area and may require a signature.
All orders will be shipped complete on one consignment. They will not be broken into multiple deliveries.
Atlas McNeil Healthcare cannot guarantee delivery times and as such will not provide a time frame for delivery.
Dispatch of orders may be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.
If there is an issue fulfilling the Customer’s order, the Customer will be contacted via phone and a manual refund will be provided.
If the Customer’s order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Atlas McNeil Healthcare to discuss the lost or damaged order. In the event that the lost or damaged order cannot be resolved via a phone conversation, the Customer can send Atlas McNeil Healthcare service an email to notify them of the lost or damaged order. sales@atlasmcneil.com.au
Delivery is only available within Australia for Atlas McNeil Healthcare customers. Refer to the Shipping Policy for approximate delivery times.
If no specific delivery instructions are detailed with the order, the goods will be left at the front door. If special instructions are necessary they must accompany the order at time of lodgement.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is offered on orders valued at $100 and over ex GST anywhere within Australia.
Please note: we cannot post orders to PO boxes. Please send your order to an alternative address as our courier does not deliver to PO boxes.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs (metropolitan and regional) will be charged in addition to the price for Goods and GST and will include both the delivery service costs and GST. For orders under $100 the following delivery fees apply:
A flat fee of $16.50 applies for all states and territories except WA & NT
A flat fee of $23.50 applies to WA & NT
Please note orders to remote areas (NT remote communities) may incur addition charges, please contact us before making an order.
