Medline Remedy with Phytoplex is an outcomes driven, skincare line formulated for sensitive skin by the skincare experts at Medline. The full line of gentle cleansers, soothing moisturizers, proven protectants and targeted treatments is designed to help you address the needs of at-risk patients or residents. Each product contains a blend of gentle botanic ingredients that includes soy, blue-green algae, green tea and clove extract. This proprietary formulation of nutrients and antioxidants nourishes the skin to help it maintain its natural balance. To further ensure the integrity of at-risk skin, Phytoplex products are not made with aloe, parabens, sulfates or phthalates.

Refund are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved, and the
amount refunded reflects the purchase price, including an promotions. Shipping
costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.

Standard Delivery:
We process and dispatch orders within 2 business days, with delivery times
ranging from 2 to 9 business days, depending on the location. 

Delivery is only available within Australia, using road courier services, which do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs and Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available for orders over $100 (excluding GST).  For
orders under $100, a flat fee of $16.50 applies for most states, with a $23.50 flat fee for WA and NT. 

Issues and Special Instructions:
If an order encounters issues such as payment verification delays, incorrect
address information, or transit damage/loss, we will contact you via phone to resolve the issue. For
