Refund Policy
- Please make your selection carefully as we do not offer refunds for changing your mind or wrong decision.
- If the goods are faulty, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.
- No refund, exchange, or credit, will be given unless prior arrangement with Atlas McNeil Healthcare.
- Claims for return, credit or short supply must be notified within 7 days from delivery. Any notification after that time will be refused.
- Specialty products including washable products, Urology, Nutrition, and other special order-in products cannot be returned due to health and safety.
